Rooted in heritage.
Crafted with purpose
Manifesto is an early harvest Koroneiki olive oil from Messinia. It is not produced at scale; it is the result of a single family’s devotion to a grove — tended, harvested, and pressed with an attention to detail that cannot be replicated by industry.
The result is an oil that carries the full signature of its land: the mineral richness of Mani’s limestone soil, the intensity of the Mediterranean sun, and the restraint of a harvest taken at exactly the right moment.
"Harvested by hand.
Pressed with care.
Shared with pride."
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The Manifesto tin is designed to protect and honour what it holds. Dark, sealed, and minimal — it preserves freshness while reflecting the understated elegance of the oil within.

Variety
Koroneiki
The Koroneiki olive is Greece's most widely planted variety — small in size, extraordinary in character. Cultivated for centuries across the Peloponnese, it produces olive oil of intense aroma, fruity depth, and remarkable staying power.

Early Harvest
Our olives are gathered at the precise moment of optimal ripeness — before full maturation — when polyphenol levels are at their peak. This narrow window yields an oil of vivid colour, assertive flavour, and exceptional nutritional value.

Cold Extraction
From grove to press within hours, our olives are extracted at temperatures below 27°C. No heat. No shortcuts. Only the purest, most honest expression of the fruit.

Tasting Profile
A grassy, herbaceous opening with notes of fresh artichoke and green almond. A robust peppery finish — the hallmark of high polyphenol content — confirms the character of a truly exceptional early-harvest extra virgin olive oil.
IN THE KITCHEN
Because Koroneiki olive oil is naturally rich in polyphenols, it keeps its character both raw and in gentle cooking. For this reason, chefs use it to finish grilled fish, raw seafood, salads and vegetables, where its peppery bite stands out. In addition, it works beautifully as the base for dressings, marinades and emulsions.
To preserve its freshness, store the tin in a cool, dark place and close it well after each use. Once opened, it is best enjoyed within a few months.
Every harvest meets the extra virgin standards set by the International Olive Council, and a lab analysis is available on request through our contact page.
