The Koroneiki olive is Greece's most prized variety — small in size, extraordinary in character. Cultivated for millennia across the Peloponnese, it produces oil of intense aroma, fruity depth, and remarkable staying power.

Early Harvest

Our olives are gathered at the precise moment of optimal ripeness — before full maturation — when polyphenol levels are at their peak. This narrow window yields an oil of vivid colour, assertive flavour, and exceptional nutritional value.

Cold Extraction

From grove to press within hours, our olives are extracted at temperatures below 27°C. No heat. No shortcuts. Only the purest, most honest expression of the fruit.
